I try to log in and get the message “Account/Password Not Recognised”.
Your account number or password have been entered incorrectly – try again and check any digits such
as O or zero are entered correctly. If you are still unsuccessful please
contact client.services@hichens.com or phone 0845 872 1803 and we will be happy to help you.
When I try to login nothing happens?
Check that you do not have pop ups blocked. Go to Tools, Internet Options, Privacy and uncheck
Block pop-ups. Apply this change and click on OK. You may need to log in again to view the platform.

You may need to delete your temporary internet files, clear your history or
delete temporary cookies stored on your PC. This can be done by going to Tools, Internet Options,
Temporary Internet files. You may also need to disable your content advisor. This can be done
by going to Tools, Internet Options, Content, Disable.
I’ve logged on but cannot see any live prices
You need to download the latest version of java from www.java.com. This should take 2-3 minutes.

I have another problem and I think I have tried everything to solve it
HH1083 currently works best on Internet Explorer
version 7 – if you are trying to use a different
platform you may experience problems. You can
download the latest version (7) of Internet Explorer
by the link at the very bottom of our Homepage
“Download IE 7” The site also requires
software to allow some of the advanced features
to work, you would normally find these on your
PC automatically but if you experience problems
please check you have Java version 6 and Flash
– downloads are available from www.java.com
and www.flash.com.
